machine and the Frusheez™ concept helps strengthen your profit
foundation. But make sure you select a machine that has enough
freezing capacity. The model #1117 which has twice the capacity of
the standard two barrel machine illustrated is probably the correct
machine for most high traffic concession stands. In an
air-conditioned shopping mall food court for example, the #1117 can
produce over a 1,000 ozs. per hour - over a hundred 10 oz. servings!
Please note that the #1117 high capacity unit is available only 220
volt. All of the other machines perform better when they are on a
single branch electric circuit. Low voltage or an overloaded line
could ruin the compressor and destroy profits. So, be properly wired
to make maximum profits.
